ORGANIZING YOUR ARRIVAL:
FLYING INTO THE BIG ISLAND:
IMPORTANT: When booking your flight to the Big Island please make sure to fly into Hilo International Airport.
From the airport our retreat villa is about an hour drive and is located in Pahoa.
ARRIVING TO THE RETREAT VILLA:
Villa Check-in: 4:00 PM and Checkout before 10:00 AM
TRANSPORTATION:
For past retreats some retreat guests have wanted to have their own rental car for their time during the retreat. This is optional. We have some local rental companies we can recommend.
Airport Pick Up/ Drop Off:
We encourage everyone to please coordinate your own transportation to and from the airport as everybody will be arriving on different days and times and some will be arriving early to join our New Year’s eve celebration before the retreat starts.
We encourage everyone to please reserve a Lyft ride or Uber if your not getting a rental car.
We also have personal drivers available for hire. We will have a what’s app chat with the retreat group attendees for coordinating possible ride share options as well.
During your retreat time your hosts Yana and Prema will have a suv/ car available and will be transporting the group around to go on our Sacred Site adventures.
